Double BarX Estate

The Double BarX Estate represents the pinnacle of ranch landscape architecture in the Roaring Fork Valley. Recognized with an Award of Excellence at the ASLA National level, this expansive property harmonizes working ranch operations with refined landscape design. Sweeping meadow restorations, carefully choreographed water features, and native plant communities create a landscape that honors the agricultural heritage of the site while elevating it to an art form.

Lot 3 Estate

Lot 3 Estate earned national recognition from the American Society of Landscape Architects for its masterful integration of natural stone and native plantings within a high-altitude residential setting. The design philosophy centers on blurring the boundary between cultivated garden and wild landscape, using locally sourced materials and indigenous plant species to create outdoor spaces that feel as though they emerged naturally from the mountainside.

MacClain Flats Ranch

MacClain Flats Ranch showcases the art of mountain ranch landscape design through thoughtful native plant restoration and sensitive site development. The project transformed degraded rangeland into a thriving ecological showcase while creating comfortable outdoor living spaces for the residence. Carefully graded landforms, restored riparian corridors, and drought-tolerant native meadows demonstrate that luxury and environmental stewardship can coexist beautifully.

Streamside Estate

The Streamside Estate embraces its riparian setting with a landscape design that honors and enhances the natural waterway flowing through the property. Garden rooms transition gracefully from formal entertaining terraces near the residence to naturalistic streamside plantings that support local ecology. The design earned an Honor Award from the Colorado ASLA for its sensitive approach to working within a riparian corridor while creating a landscape of extraordinary beauty.
